Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and [OWNER TO CONFIRM: your name or company name], [OWNER TO CONFIRM: postal address] ("we"). By using RN Anywhere you agree to them.
What the app is
- RN Anywhere is exam practice only. It is not clinical guidance. Never use it to make decisions about real patients. Follow your employer's policies and qualified colleagues.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to NCSBN, any nursing regulator or any exam body. Exam names are used only to describe what you can practise for.
- Our questions are written for this app and reviewed by registered nurses. They are not real or recalled exam questions.
- We do not promise that you will pass any exam. Readiness estimates are based only on your practice in the app.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in secure. One account is for one person; do not share it.
Passes and payment
- Passes are one-time payments through Google Play. They do not renew automatically. A pass gives access to the exams it lists for the number of days shown.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If a refund is given, the pass ends. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: any extra refund promise]
- The free plan gives a limited number of new questions each day and may change. We will not take away a pass you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or publish our questions or explanations, try to get around the free limit or a pass, or misuse the assistant. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content and mistakes
We work hard to keep questions accurate, but mistakes can happen. Please use "Report a problem" on any question. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, as far as the law allows.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we will refund the unused part of any active pass.
Law
